Meet Travis Senenfelder

I bought, remodeled and resold my first home at the age of 20. I purchased a number of other properties shortly thereafter for both remodel/sell and also rental purposes. It became apparent right then that I had a keen interest in real estate. Maybe I liked the personal portfolio growth potential. It could have been that I loved the art of finding and negotiating a deal. Maybe it was the love of working with architects, contractors, landscapers, and interior designers - designing and defining the look and feel of the home or project. Either way, investing in real estate and helping others build their dream real estate portfolio has been my career choice.

The events of the recent economic downturn did not cause me to shy away from this career choice as many agent have. I am and have always been a full time, full service realtor. The downturn did, however, open my eyes to even more opportunities. As a result, my clients and I have simply dug deeper into real estate investing.
