Age Range - 18 months - College

Modesto Academy of Music & Design offers private music lessons for all ages in piano, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, trumpet, guitar, violin, viola and voice. We also provide after school and home-school classes in music, art, robotics (VEX, Lego Mindstorms, & Fischertechnik), computer graphics and programming, math tutoring, along with adult courses. We are dedicated to providing quality instruction for our community and to encouraging our students to develop a lifelong love of learning.
While teaching the individual subject areas, whether music to robotics, or art to computer programming, our qualified instructors also guide students to develop life skills such as, creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, analysis and evaluation, along with personal skills of self-confidence and communication.
Our small classes and intimate student to teacher ratios allow opportunity for close teacher supervision and instruction, and provide a wonderful setting for allowing the students to build interpersonal relationship skills with classmates.
