Nancy Kogevinas started Montecito Properties eight years ago. It is now part of the Luxury Properties Division of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.

In the eight years since Nancy left LA as one of the top agents and took her business up to Santa Barbara. She has started Montecito Properties and Kogevinas Real Estate, a partnership with her husband Linos, who after thirty plus years as an International Publishing Executive for TIME and then the President of WHERE Magazine, was enjoying a brief retirement in Santa Barbara. Nancy and Linos however, saw the potential for her business to grow and shortly after moving to Santa Barbara Linos became an agent creating Kogevinas Real Estate. Montecito Properties is part of the Luxury Properties Division at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (Formally Prudential California Realty) in Montecito.
