The 30 acres of the of the Municipal Park include 5 baseball & softball diamonds, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, baseball & softball batting cages, a concession stand & restrooms, playground equipment, soccer fields (fall season), a shelterhouse, sand volleyball courts, the public pool, gardens, a tree grove, a children's garden, and Louden Cemetery. The park system also consists of several miniparks, including gardens in the alleys downtown and landscaping at historic Town Hall which houses the Village of Montpelier utility and administrative offices. In addition, parks are located along Main Street (Main Street Park) and along Platt Street (Robert A. Storrer Park) on the sites of the former high school and elementary school, respectively.
