Our gelato is an extremely fresh product- we make it from scratch every morning and sell out every evening. This ensures the highest quality product for our customers. Although we open in the morning, our gelato production does not finish until 2:30pm, and many evenings, we begin to sell out after 8:30pm, just like many artisanal gelato shops in Italy. It is our hope that our customers understand our method of production and support it so that we can continue to provide a delicious product!
