Hello!!! My name is Aubrey Morris. I moved here from Savannah, GA, where I earned a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. Throughout my years of athletics, running, schooling, personal training, bootcamp instructing, and nutrtition counseling - I have become more passionate than ever about making people love life by being healthy and strong. You don't have to train for hours a day and eat a painfully strict diet in order to be healthy; nor should you be sedentary and subsist on processed foods with no nutritional value. You simply need to be active more days than you are not, strengthen your whole body in a variety of ways, and eat nutrient rich foods that will support how you want to feel!
Morrison Fitness offers you bootcamp classes and personal or group training. The classes are for ANY adult, whether you have been an athlete your whole life or you have never worked out a day in your life! The workouts will target your muscular strength, aerobic system, and will get your metabolism going! There will be a level for everyone - choose your level, be consistent with it, and move up when you are ready! Personal training takes an individualized approach to your fitness - your workouts are designs for YOU to get you exactly where you want to be! Want to bring some friends? Group training sessions are a possibility as well!
You are capable of more than you think, and being a more healthy version of yourself is not as complicated as you may think. Ask yourself what you want - Get stronger? Do a full push-up?
