M O S H I R I Jewelry is a privately owned Jewelry store located on SE corner of 119th and Blackbob Rd, in Olathe. KS. We create and sell fine jewelry. We carry name brands and also we custom design for you and create the jewelry you like to wear in our premises. We are specialized in engagement, wedding, anniversary, and most other jewelry you may be looking for. We use Platinum, Palladium, gold,
silver, and other metals. We carry the largest men ring collection in Kansas City area, and use alternative metals like Cobalt Chrome, Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Carbon Fiber, Diamond Ceramic and other metals.

Company and store Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Undamaged and unworn in-stock products that were purchased as a gift may be exchanged for one time only during 7 days from the original date of purchase, no second exchanges, subject to the following exceptions: Lost, stolen, worn, special ordered, reduced priced or on sale items, re-sized, repaired or damaged jewelry will not be replaced or exchanged, even if it was purchased as a gift, no verbal exceptions accepted, and proof of purchase is necessary for any exchange, this receipt is the entire and final agreement.

Customer hereby agrees to be personally responsible for payment of full amount of unpaid balance that is charged to his account at M O S H I R I and is shown on the invoice receipt, at any event no later than the due date or delivery date of the order or layaway agreement. Failure to pay in time shall constitute default. In any customer payment default situation, customer shall loose all the deposit and payments and the ordered item shall become the property of M O S H I R I.

Special Orders: All Special Orders are final and cannot be canceled by purchaser for any reason what so ever.

Delivery dates of special orders are approximate, and late delivery shall not be used as a reason for cancellation of the order by the purchaser.

Gift Certificates are same as cash and will not be replaced if expire, lost, stolen or destroyed, and are not redeemable for cash. Any and all deposits placed, or payment made for special orders are non refundable. Gift Certificates or any amount left on them shall become null and void after their expiration date if not used.
Diamond grading is approximate and not an exact science. Our representation of the grading of a diamond is our best estimate. Some larger than 0.5 ct diamonds may be accompanied by grading results from accredited third party labs such as GIA, EGL, ,etc. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before purchasing a diamond. We use our grading or the lab certification provided with the diamond as final grading results for the purpose of this sale. In any event, discrepancies between appraisals and or other certifications now or in the future shall not be used by the purchaser as a reason for cancellation of a sale or arguing about valuation.
