Welcome to Mount Airy Transportation Service! We are a private owned company that provides inter-city transit service to the local Mount Airy City residents. Visit our Facebook page or website: www.mtairytrans.com for updates.

Thank you for your interest in Mount Airy Transportation Service. Unfortunatly, due to low initial participation over the last 1 1/2 weeks, we have decide to temporarily suspend the citywide bus service. We want will take this time to better inform the public and evalute the bus stops to provide a great, efficient service for everyone. We ask that you provide us feedback on where bus stops would be most needed and how we may provide a better public transit service.
We apologize for any inconvience we may have caused and we will continue to make every effort possible to return this much needed service to Mount Airy.

***Please note: If paying with cash please have exact change. Driver can make change for $2 ONLY! 10 ride passes are available for purchase on bus and in office. However, Monthly Unlimted Ride Passes are only available at office only! For schedule information please visit www.mtairytrans.com, call (336)783-0033 and we can email or mail one to you, or you may come by the office at anytime and pick one up from the box outside office.***
