Captain John Galvin is a Massachusetts native with 20 years of experience. He has fished from Maine to Florida, the Bahamas and Mexico. John has navigated the entire eastern seaboard, Yucatan Penisula in Mexico, and the Abacos region of the Bahamas. The sea is in his veins and he loves to share the ocean and what it has to offer with all those looking to experience it.

In his career, Captain Galvin has won or placed in many of the Big Game Tournaments in New England. In addition to tournament success, John has made some outstanding catches from Bluefin Tuna to almost a 1000 pounds to a 497 pound Male Mako shark.

John is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High Schoool and Salve Regina University. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Natural Sciences.
