Willow Creek 8 opened in May of 1989 as Cineplex Odeon. In early 2001, the theatre was acquired by the Muller's, a Minnesota-based theatre chain. In the fall of 2002 4 additional auditoriums were added on, plus the addition of stadium seating. It's now known as Willow Creek 12.
As of October 2009 the Willow Creek not only plays the new releases, but runs a retro series on the weekends.* September 2011: Retros were cancelled for digital conversion.
