We created Napa Flats Wood-fired Kitchen to celebrate our love of fresh, homemade food, tasty beverages, and memorable desserts. We created a menu that is familiar without being common. And we created a lively restaurant design with a unique patio and bar. We are happy to join the proud group of local, independent restaurateurs who make a community unique.
We recruited our friend and famed Texas Chef Damian Mandola to help create our menu. Damian is a foodie in every sense of the term and his curiosity and culinary taste is grander than one cuisine. We explained our menu vision – fresh food made in-house with a Californian, Mediterranean and Italian flair – and he said he would give it a shot. He enlisted his chefs from his Austin area restaurants to work with our chefs to teach us the art of making gelato, wood-fired pizza and amazing sauces.
We offer an eclectic menu that has something for everyone – steaks, seafood and pasta in addition to our pizza. Our chefs take the time to provide you a special dining experience by doing the little things a discriminating eater appreciates. We hand-cut our steaks and fish and make all our dressings and sauces in-house. We make our own mozzarella and all of our desserts.
Our architect and designer created a polished, casual ambiance. Our wood and brick interior bask in natural light and our acoustic ceiling tiles allow you to have a private conversation in a lively atmosphere.
