The National History Bowl is an interscholastic team history competition with a quiz bowl format. At the high school level, from Oct. 2014-Mar. 2015, students will compete in teams at the regional-level tournaments, with the top teams qualifying for the National Championships in Washington, DC on Saturday, April 26, 2015. Middle Schools will have a separate set of qualifying tournaments, and a separate Nationals. The National History Bowl is a competition for teams of students, however we also run a competition for individual students, the National History Bee. The High School Bees and Bowls are held on the same dates and locations so students can participate in both.
The National History Bowl is gearing up for another great year, with over 100 regional tournaments projected throughout the USA. We hope that you and your school can be a part of it!
