Neighborhood Development Alliance is located in the Wabasha Center in St. Paul. NeDA concentrates its bricks and mortar development on St. Paul’s West Side, while our direct services in our housing and financial counseling program reach the seven county metro area and greater Minnesota as a whole. Our counseling program goal is to respect every individual or family who requests our services by providing professional and confidential counseling throughout the organization.
