New Augusta Public Academy - North, one of the three middle schools of Pike Township, Indianapolis, IN
Students are assigned to small communities (teams) for teaching and learning. Though team communities vary in composition and size, teams are generally comprised of five teachers who represent diverse subject areas, but who share a common planning period to prepare for the teaching of a set of students they share. Most often these teachers also share a common schedule and adjacent classrooms.
