Tae kwon do ( 태권도 / 跆拳道 ) is a martial art that originates from Korea. This martial art consists of self-defense and fighting techniques as a sport and form of exercise.

At New Beginning, we teach tae kwon do in a way to instill discipline, confidence and respect in our students that extend outside the do jang. We make sure that our students learn and still have fun!
