Niantic Awning is a company that specializes in fabric awnings such as retractable, fixed and welded frames for residential and commercial customers

Niantic Awning Company, LLC builds fabric canopies, rollout awnings, window and door awnings and roll curtains. We will meet with you, design and build the covering that meets your needs. Deck coverings provide not only shade but also UV protection. Window awnings provide shade as well as cool the interior of your home significantly, reducing energy costs. Roll curtains provide protection from early or late day blinding sun as well as provide privacy. We have been manufacturing fabric awnings and canopies in this location since 1938.

Niantic Awning Company has approximately three hundred customers we service from Madison to Westerly, RI. In the spring, we install your frame canopy or window awnings. In the fall, we take these same awnings down, have them washed or repair them if needed. This work is done in the winter months so that everything is ready for spring installation. We also store your awnings at our shop here in Niantic.

Recovering Services
We can recover your frame canopy, retractable awning or fabric window awnings. We use Sunbrella or Sattler fabrics which are solution dyed acrylic that comes in many colors, solids or stripes. Even if we did not do the original construction we will be glad to help!
