My years of experience in real estate investing and a masters in real estate from NYU have taught me how to analyze market data to make a sound financial decision. I use the same principles learned in the commercial real estate investing to help clients make educated choices on the purchase of what, in most cases, is their largest asset. Also, my knowledge of the real estate transaction process and mortgage financing allows me to guide clients through to a seamless closing.

I continually track data to see where buyers are coming from, research what ad venues leads to more potential purchasers and advise clients how to position a property for sale as quickly as possible. I excel at and pride myself on selling properties where others could not.

After years of working around the country in commercial real estate finance and investments I returned to Vermont to raise my kids where I grew up. I thought about returning to Vermont everyday I was away, about the quality of life and the recreational venues. Returning to Vermont was the best move I made.
