The WELL is about to start our Fall soccer leagues and schools, Also Youth Flag football. The WELL has exciting new Zumba classes and the best spinning in the area, all certified instructors.
The Well is a multipurpose indoor sports and rec center that is climate controles
and anti microbial.
We offer indoor soccer, basketball, tennis, batting cages, four lane running and
walking track. All surfaces are Mondo athletic rubber for low impact. The Well
offeres daily spinning and Zumba classes along with Silver Sneakers range of
motion classes. The Facility is also the host to the Niles Relay for life each spring.
The Well also is host to the Trumbull Sports Academy wihich has schools in Basketball, Tennis ,Soccer and Football
