Noble’s Pond is an age-qualified, master-planned community in Kent County. Located approximately five miles north of Dover, this community is being built on 293 acres and subdivided into over 800 lots for both single family and carriage homes. The master plan allows for villages to be designed to preserve the natural resources of the property, which include wooded areas, ponds, and natural habitats.

The community is designed in a neo-traditional style reminiscent of neighborhoods built in the ’50s and ’60s.
