What we have tried to create by starting our company, Northlake Builders LLC., is a totally transparent way of doing business that satisfies both us and our customers. To that end we strive to clarify any and all communications between the company and all parties concerned. We try to use documents and reports that are clear, concise, and keep the lines of communication wide open. We take very seriously the concepts of Honesty, Punctuality, Accountability, and Responsibility. Building a house or remodeling should not be as difficult as it can sometimes become.
