This is a page tied in to my cooking blog. I specialize is easy foods that taste great. Also using grills and smokers for enhanced flavors for the table.

I like to cook and try new things. Any recipe I find I make my own by tweaking it for my taste. They are recipes, not laws. lol

Using a smoker and grill are my specialties, but I can work my way around the kitchen and campfire too. My goal is to share recipes, tips, and tricks so others who are not confident in the kitchen can expand their horizons. I know a lot of men do not cook much, or only do a few things. Hopefully this page and the site will get you to a new level. For those wanting to try new things, this will be great for you. For beginners, these are pretty simple recipes to follow.

My recipes might not be "healthy", and a few are gluten free. Taste and satisfaction is the key.

I am not an expert by any means, but I do get a LOT of complements on my food.
