The Northwoods Wildlife Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization focused on wildlife rehabilitation and education. Averaging around 500 animals a year, NWC wildlife rehabilitators rescues, rehabilitates, and releases sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife throughout the Northwoods of Wisconsin. NWC also offers 30-minute guided tours throughout the year of the facility, focusing primarily on native birds of prey and reptiles. During the summer months, twice a week, short ecology-based programs are also provided for children and adults.
