The Clothing Bank, started in 1987 as a ministry of St. Paul Episcopal Church, Norwalk, came to it's present location in 1997 and was an adjunct of the Friendship Club of Norwalk. When the Friendship Club was disbanded in 2006, the Clothing Bank received it's own 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
