Nova Coffee Labs is an experimental coffee company, education center, and barista collective based in the Town of Warrenton, Virginia.

We operate a mobile bar, fully-equipped with a La Marzocco espresso machine, and a manual brew bar (Pour-overs, Chemex, Aeropress). We serve cold brew on tap, make our own custom syrups and caramels, as well as seasonal beverages, espresso tonics, and coffee cocktails. We are prepared and available for Event Catering, Wedding Parties, Festivals and Markets, Popups, etc.

We offer a wide variety of learning opportunities through employment, a coffee reference library, latte-art courses and competitions, and free public coffee cuppings; a tasting technique used to evaluate coffee aroma and the naturally occurring flavor profiles found in a coffee.

Our collective community is made up of coffee enthusiasts, artists, and professionals from different schools and backgrounds that have all come together to analyze and understand to worldwide social effects of coffee and the industry in general.
