Oakes & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. was established in 1979 in Land O’ Lakes, Florida and has been serving the Tampa Bay area since its inception. We have five licensed agents with over 70 years of experience combined. We have operated from our present location at the Central Pasco County Government Center for more than 22 years.
Our offices are conveniently located on US Highway 41 (Land O’ Lakes Blvd.) two miles north of State Road 54. We are in the same building with the County Property Appraisers Office, Central Permitting, Voter Registration, County Parks and Recreation and the County Tax Collector. The County Tax Collectors Office also handles driver’s licenses, auto, boat and truck license registration and tags. Our staff is well versed on all aspects of new residents transferring from other states into our community. We are here to make your transition easier and to help answer all of your insurance questions.
