Pacific City is just south of the HB Pier along PCH. A modern, craftsman beach bungalow aesthetic is planned for the retail destination opening late 2015.
Pacific City is just south of the Huntington Beach Pier along Pacific Coast Highway. A modern, craftsman beach bungalow aesthetic is planned for the architectural direction, with shops and especially restaurants taking full advantage of outdoor patio dining with views of the ocean and beach at the center’s doorstep. Outdoor movies, events and spectacular “hang out” spaces will encourage people to stroll, congregate and enjoy the unique location and environmental experience the project offers. One such experience – LOT 579 (named for the lifeguard towers right outside the doors) will be created by DJM as a California culinary experience and artisan market, with locally sourced food experiences, demonstration offerings, and unique retail all under one roof.
