Palisades Cares is a non-profit in Pacific Palisades, CA. We promote community service activities in the LA area and organize educational workshops.
We encourage volunteering by Palisadians and others by:
- Networking with other organizations both in and out of the Palisades
- Organizing programs and workshops
- Spearheading volunteer projects.
Our focus in 2013 is Building Community through Food. Throughout the year we will have activities that encourage residents to eat organically grown food, to grow their own food and to share their food. We will have volunteer activities tied to this focus.
