Palmetto Warrior Connection (PWC) serves as first stop for Palmetto State Warriors and their needs. PWC values a fierce commitment to care for the warrior and their family with the intent to bridge the gap between military and civilian and make the transitioning process as smooth as possible. PWC offers education,housing, and employment services, veteran benefits and mental health support.
