In collaboration with the Visiting Nurse Services of CT, we offer flu vaccination to all in our community, including the uninsured. To sponsor a shot, go to http://www.gofundme.com/FluShotsForAll. Any unused funds will be reserved for the following year.

Our Parish Nurse…
Courtney Holmes, APRN, leads a team of health professionals from the congregation & community to serve the health needs of our faith community and outreach health service to the wider community. She is an Adult Nurse Practitioner and practices in skilled nursing facilities. She is a member of the Valley Parish Nurse program of Griffin Hospital.
