We are the Parsippany Troy-Hills Animal Control Division.

We serve Parsippany Township and Hanover Township's residents in regards to domestic animals and wildlife. Our division consists of three full time Animal Control Officers who are able to assist the residents on a 24 hour basis 365 days a year.

We have a selection of dogs, cats, and kittens that are looking for permanent homes. Come in and see if we have a perfect companion for you!
Our adoption fees are as follows:
Dogs $60.00
Cats/Kittens $35.00

Adopters can bring a copy of their adoption contract to the Petco in Parsippany to receive a coupon book full of savings for the newly adopted pet.

Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 12:00pm.
*We can always arrange an appointment during weekdays. The shelter is closed to the public on holidays.

Donations the shelter could always use are bleach, laundry detergent, dish detergents, lysol sprays, scrubber sponges, paper towels, cat/dog toys, IAMS dry dog food, Science Diet dry kitten/adult food, clay cat litter (*non-clumping), canned cat food (preferably pate), collars, and leashes.

FOSTERING KITTENS
Foster homes for kittens without mothers are needed mostly during the spring and summer months.
Some of these kittens need bottle feeding, while the older ones need socialization.
Volunteers are welcome year-round to help with cleaning the shelter and socializing the animals.
