Paso Robles High School was founded in 1892 and serves the city of Paso Robles and surrounding area as the only comprehensive high school in the community. As such, we pride ourselves in offering a wide range of opportunities for students. These opportunities exist in both the academic and vocational setting. In academics, we off Advanced Placement, honors, AVID and college preparatory classes in all core content areas. Elective opportunities range from visual and performing arts classes suchas advanced art, ceramics, choir, dance and drama to Career Technologies including automotive, FFA, child-care, computers, construction, culinary arts, health care, journalism, and video production each of which lead into Regional Occupational Training courses for a wide variety of trades. In addition, Paso Robles High School has one of the largest SkillsUSA chapters in the state of California!
Paso Robles High School has a storied tradition of providing quality educational opportunities for all students. We have a first class teaching staff that is committed to student achievement. Each year, Pas Robles High School graduates earn acceptance into major colleges and universities through the United States and the world. Other students merit acceptance into top vocational arts schools nationwide. Still others choose to enter our nation's military. Whichever avenues for the future our students choose our staff is committed to helping each student become a responsible, contributing member of our community. One that is self-directed, thinks critically, communicates effectively, and produces quality work as a life-long learner.
