The PRJ Dance Center is a non-profit 501c-3 dance studio in Dothan, AL

In 2012, the Patti Rutland Jazz Dance Center opened to provide continues education for students that wanted to pursue dance at a higher level than the classes taught in our Arts in Education Outreach Program. The PRJ Dance Center offers classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, ImagiMotion, clogging, and tumbling for all ages in the Wiregrass area. We issue reduced, income-based, tuition rated for families that could not otherwise afford dance classes and full tuition scholarships are awarded to students who show an exceptional love for dance.
Our professional dance company, teaches and mentors our students in the beauty and discipline of dance. It is our hope to instill a love and appreciation for dance and the arts so that we can create a divers and eclectic arts community in Dothan, AL.
The PRJ Dance Center follows closely with the Dothan City Schools calendar. Classes begin Sept 2nd. We are pleased to announce that we will be moving to a new location this Fall, 2014! We ill keep you up to date on where classes are to be held during our transition!
