Pioneer Village Rental Information:
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure the reservation and applied to rental balance. The balance of rental payment is due 10 days prior to the date of the scheduled event. In addition to the space charges there is a $250.00 refundable damage deposit /cleaning fee (see below). All buildings have a "No Smoking" policy.

Additional fees apply for trash removal, security and bar operation. We would be happy to provide a custom quote based on your events needs.
Open seasonally. Public welcome to use grounds when not rented for events. All commercial use, including photography sessions, must be scheduled with HACA.
