Sheriff Kevin Bond and his staff are tasked with providing law enforcement, criminal investigations, 911 dispatching, prisoner housing and transportation, courtroom security, civil process and a variety of other services to the 40,000+ residents of Pettis County, Missouri.
Sheriff's Office facilities are located on the northeast corner of the courthouse square in Sedalia, Missouri. Law Enforcement and Administrative operations are housed at 319 South Lamine and a 210 bed state-of-the-art Jail, which opened in January 2004, is next door at 333 South Lamine.
