The idea behind Phenix Healing is based on the myth of the Phenix. This mystical bird is often revered as a mythological creature that has played a significant role in many ancient civilizations all the way to present day. In Egypt, the Phenix was known as the Bennu Bird and is directly connected to Ra, The Sun God. It is a firebird that incinerates itself into flames and burns itself to the death every 500 years. As the bird burns the energies of transformation, decay, and afterlife are present to highlight the cycle of change. The Phenix is a guide that allows us to be aware of the portions of our lives that are shedding, and no longer working for our highest good and growth. If we are able to identify these deadly parts of our lives, we can shed them and work more directly with a fearless mentality in order to create our own personal dream of heaven.

He is an animal without offspring and parents and fuels itself off of the sunlight and sea spray. This is still present in the spirit of humans today as we have great healing abilities within us in order to cure ourselves.
