A pierog (pl. pierogi) is a dumpling. You will find pierogi and their dumpling cousins all over Eastern Europe (the Ukraine, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc.). It is comfort food at its best.

Pierogi Me! is currently offering three different flavors: cheese & potato, sauerkraut & mushroom and sweet cheese with cinnamon & maple. I make the ricotta-style cheese and the sauerkraut myself. When you eat my pierogi, you get the best of two worlds: a taste of Poland, handcrafted in Vermont.
