Unit A416
The open floor plan of this two bedroom unit allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit A416 faces the interior of the resort with a beautiful view of the resort and gulf.

UnitB503
This unit also has an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and bunk area. Living area and both bedrooms have beautiful full view of the gulf. This unit is on the exterior of the resort, very peaceful and always a great sunset from the deck.

General Information on both units:

The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has seating for six people. These beautiful units offer a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, DVD player, and Sony stereo (with iphone plugin). There is a half bathroom located off the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed with Tommy Bahama bedding, private bath with separate shower, flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with Tommy Bahama bedding, private bath with separate shower, flat screen TV, and DVD player.

Waterscape is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which famous for beautiful water and white sandy beaches. Waterscape was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the “heartbeat” of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10 foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort’s lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children’s splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. Wonderful modern workout room with a great view of the resort and gulf. There are several grills located at Waterscape as well as a bar/grill that is open seasonally. Covered parking in a multi level attached garage.
