Pikeville - Pike County Museum - (606) 213-4397

Located on the 4th floor of the former Hall of Justice, behind the "old" Courthouse in downtown Pikeville.

The Big Sandy Heritage Center, now the Pikeville - Pike County Museum, has moved to the 4th floor of the former Hall of Justice - 172 Division Street - in Pikeville, Kentucky. The original museum opened in 2003 to create a space to showcase the history of the Big Sandy Valley. The new museum will continue this mission with greater emphasis on Pike County, the City of Pikeville and the Hatfield McCoy Feud. Our exhibits will feature local attractions, historic sites and people, as well as art and artifacts from around the region.
