If your looking for a cool escape from the long hot summer days in Arizona and need to relax and unwind then ~ You've found home!!! Pinetop Cottages offers all of the amenities that you will need for a relaxing getaway. In the summer there is hiking, biking, mountain climbing and fishing, while in the winter skiers enjoy the warmth and coziness of our mountain cottages not far from Sunrise Ski Resort. Come and indulge your senses all the while enjoying breathtaking sunsets and awake to your morning cup of coffee while taking in the tranquility of historical Fred's Lake.

We Have 2 Cottages Available:
LAKEVIEW COTTAGE
Lakeview Cottage is a 1200 SF cottage with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest room and sofa in the living room makes into a Queen hide-a-bed with a 1 & ¾ bathroom. Sleeps 2-6 people.

LAKEFRONT COTTAGE
LakeFront Cottage is a 600 SF cottage with a King bed in the master bedroom, the sofa in the living room makes into a Queen hide-a-bed with a 1 & ½ bathroom. Sleeps 2-4 people.

Our Cottage Rates are:
LakeFront Cottage $150.00 per night
LakeView Cottage $190.00 per night

Both of the cottages have full kitchens along with gas fireplaces, outdoor gas grills, WIFI, TV & DVD players, private decks and access to historical Fred’s Lake for either boating or fishing from our private dock. All Cottages are completely furnished with everything that you will need for a relaxing mountain stay. So if you are looking for that romantic get-away for 2 or a family adventure then “Pinetop Cottages at Fred’s Lake” is the place to be and offers something for everyone!!!

We do have a 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum on all major Holidays. WE ARE SORRY BUT WE DO NOT DO MONTHLY RENTALS IN OUR SUMMER MONTHS (May – Sept.). We will only rent our cottages up to a 14 Night stay during the summer months.

Here at Pinetop Cottages we are pet friendly and love your pets as much as you do but at this time we are only able to allow for dogs. There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs. A portion of your cleaning deposit will not be refunded if there is excessive pet hair in the cottage.
