Our mission is to enable and empower residents of Plaquemines Parish through an effective coordinated network of resources, supports, and services.
The PCCCF is a Resource Center for all residents providing information about services available in Plaquemines Parish; an Advocacy Center for children, the elderly & disabled & a A wrap-around system of care with an array of integrated community-based services.
The CARE Center provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families & groups. The CARE Center is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. by appointment. After hour appointments are also available.
