An organized group of state and local level partners who come together to ensure integrated services for Oklahoma children, especially those with complex behavioral health needs.
Systems of Care began in 1999.To date there are 36 local SOC communities in the state of Oklahoma providing support to 41 counties. By 2015, all 77 counties will be SOC serviced.
