Port Orchard Bay Street Association

Port Orchard Bay Street Association is an association of businesses and individual members organized to encourage a strong local economy and quality of life.

POBSA sponsors and participates in a number of downtown events and festivals throughout the year including a monthly Artwalk on the First Saturday of the month from April-November, Kitsap Harbor Festival, Taste of Port Orchard and the Festival of Chimes and Lights.

Monthly meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at Moondogs Too, 714 Bay Street, Port Orchard, WA. No-host breakfast and networking 7:30 am-8:00 am, meeting starts promptly at 8:00 am.
