The Post Falls Women in business Network is a category-exclusive, membership group whose goal is to promote women and their businesses in the community. Each business category is represented by one person and her business.

The Post Falls Women in Business Network group meets once a month on the first Wednesday. Once a year, each member's profile is featured at the top of the network page in the North Idaho Business Journal (NIBJ). The member's contact and business information is hosted 24/7 on the NIBJ website, and a business card size ad is run each issue of the Journal on the Network page. The Journal is printed once a month and reaches over 70.8% of Kootenai county.

Each meeting allows members to host a "commercial" in which to promote her business, set up a display table, and have raffle giveaways.
