Day Pass = $10
Individual 2 Week Pass = $25
Individual 1 Month, (no contract) = $50 per month, $25 administrative Fee
Individual 6 Month Contract = $45 per month
Individual 1 Year Contract = $40 per month

Seniors Rate (60+) = $30 per month (month to month or auto pay)
Seniors Rate, Couple = $50 per month (month to month or auto pay)

Police, Peace, Fire, and Military!!! = $25/month, 1 year contract, electronic auto pay

Group Rates = 10+ members receives 10% discount
20+ members receives 20% discount

Pre Paid Rates:
3 Month Prepaid = $125
4 Month Prepaid = $165

Spouse Add on = $20/month,
Child Add on (13 to 21) = $10/month (must be in a 6 month or 1 year contract)

All contracts are EFT (debit or credit) auto billed, or
ACH (checking act.

All Primary accounts receive $25 in house credit per month, to be billed every month on credit card on file. Can be used for any items in gym, including items from our full supplement and clothing store. Powerhouse clothing is HOT!!
