POW: Power of Women

Professional women improving communities through philanthropy and attaining personal + professional growth through skill sessions and alliance.

The POW: Power of Women Professional Group is located in Tennessee and comprised of professional women impacting the community through volunteerism and sustaining their professional development through business skill sessions.

POW brings together strong, positive, professional women who range from various industries, strengths and organizations. The common thread is motivation, positivity, and philanthropy.

While the local group meets monthly, this fb page allows professionals to:

1) Support each other
2) Network
3) Ask questions and receive advice from peers
4) Share stories (who doesn’t love a good story?)
5) Share experiences (learning from others mistakes/gains can be valuable!)
6) SUPPORT EACH OTHER


And as Madeleine Albright so eloquently stated during the Keynote speech at the Celebrating Inspiration luncheon with the WNBA’s All-Decade Team: “There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women."
