Here at ProBodies Fitness, we strive to push each and every athlete to be better than they were the day before. Our clients' goals are our goals, and we want to help each person to not only meet, but exceed their personal goals. We strive to keep a fun, family-like atmosphere, all while maintaining constant growth and personal improvement.
Our Strength and Conditioning Program is based on the 10 General Physical Skills of Fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. In our program, you will experience constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity. These movements, such as weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, gymnastics, running, rowing, biking, etc. are combined into timed workouts that will offer a challenge to athletes of all levels.
At ProBodies Fitness, we strive for the best and nothing less. If you are ready to achieve your best possible self, we will be with you every step of the way.

In addition to our Strength and Conditioning Training, we also run one-on-one training for a more personalized workout and Bootcamp classes. We have a number of options to meet the needs of our clients.

Strength and Conditioning Program
Monday - Friday @ 5am, 6am, 8:15am, & 9:30am
Monday - Thursday @ 4pm, 5pm, & 6pm
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday @ 7pm
