Public Kitchen & Bar is located on Mears park in Lowertown, St. Paul.

PUBLIC kitchen + bar is a full service restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily from 11 am until close. On Saturday and Sunday Brunch is served from 10am until 3pm. Our upper level restaurant and bar features an open and airy dining room with large windows and an open kitchen overlooking Mears Park serving contemporary American fare.

If you’re in the mood for a casual dining environment, head down to the Lounge! Relax in comfortable lounge seating while enjoying classic cocktails, a menu of sharable plates, sandwiches, flatbreads our Noyes & Cutler burger and desserts. The Lounge is Open from 4pm until 2AM. Late night happy hour is available in the Lounge from 9PM-2AM daily.

In the summer, be sure take in our sidewalk patio overlooking Mears Park with seating for 54 guests. With activities happening all summer long in the park, the Farmers Market and the arrival of the St. Paul Saints just two blocks away, there are so many reasons to visit Lowertown. Well behaved dogs are welcome too!
