Chef Anthony Riccardo is a South Jersey local artist. He always had a passion for cooking tasteful and fresh homemade recipes for others to enjoy. His motto is to cook everything with love.

When he shared his lifelong dream of cooking for others with his girlfriend, Charlene, she immediately encouraged him to follow his dream. Charlene always enjoyed cooking for family and friends and was often told by her grandmother that she missed her calling in life by her grandma Fran. Charlene's grandpa Willie and father also owned and operated a prosperous hot dog truck in Brooklyn for years. Charlene believed that owning a food truck was a fresh new start of a wonderful future and career for Anthony and inspired him to make his dream a reality.

Together Anthony and Charlene present you with Pura Vida. Chef Anthony's Costa Rican inspired menu will awaken your taste buds. You will enjoy the love and passion in every bite.

Anthony has three beautiful children, Isabelle (Belle), Anthony (Bubba) and Alyvia (Lyv). He currently resides in Little Egg Harbor with his wonderful companion and soul mate, Charlene (Char) and their two dogs, Dio and Vino.
