Our facility is shoe-free… most of our classes are done with bare feet or Pilates socks. If you are Personal Training, please bring your indoor-only shoes to the studio in hand. Thank you for keeping our floors as clean as possible!

To keep the indoor air quality at top notch, we diffuse pure essential oils in the air to invigorate the space and keep it fresh and free of airborne pathogens and odors. As an additional benefit, these oils have a positive affect on the mood!
