Family owned and operated, Que Pasta has been serving Saddle Brook since 1995.

Since 1997, Que Pasta's signature product has been our freshly made pasta. All our penne, gnocchi, ravioli, and tortellini are made in-house using extra-fancy Durham flour (the best that money can buy) along with our signature homemade sauces.
